I cannot see some of your pictures/movies on some pages,
why?
|
You need to install
Flash 8 player on your computer. Older versions of Flash
players may present problems as well. Click on the icon below
to install Flash player now. You
have to also enable Blocked Contents to play if your browser
display a yellow bar of security warning.

I posted a Ecard to my friend and they have never received
it, why?
|
Make sure you have typed in the correct Email address. Very
often, people do not receive Ecards because of simple typing
errors. We only store your Ecards on our server for two weeks
and then they will be deleted automatically to give room to
new cards. If your friends and family do not open their Ecards
within the storage period, they will not be able to open the
Ecard afterward even if they've receive the notification Email.

2.
I cannot hear music but sound output is working okay on my
computer, why?
|
Ecard Music is in midi format. Make sure
to enable all multimedia functions on your computer and your
midi output is not muted.

3. Is
it possible to send a Ecard to multiple Email addresses?
|
Not at the moment but the membership Web site we are working
on will provide such facility.

When I clicked on the print link, the page came back to the top
of the page or index page, why? |
Your Internet Security Program such
as Norton or Popup blocker is stopping the script from working.
Temporary disable the function will enable the page to work.

Why does the picture not appear after I clicking on the link? |
You need to install Acrobat Reader plugin in order to download
and print the picture files. If your computer is not yet Acrobat
Reader enabled, click on the link below to download the plugin.

Why is the picture off center? |
You must have used the wrong paper
format. You need A4 or A5 formats to print correctly. If you
are using US paper format (Letter), You need to adjust Your printer
to output at a smaller percentage. Try between 95% to 90%
|

Can I adjust the sizes of the prints? |
Yes, you can change the percentage of your printer output
to be bigger or smaller. Most modern printers can do that.
If you enlarge the print size the quality will be reduced.

Can I edit the cards? |
Yes, with limitations. Some cards allow you to type. We are
working on a membership site which will allow easy online editing.

No, not at the moment but we are working on a membership site
which will allow easy online editing.

How do I construct the matching printable envelopes? |
You cannot, you can only print them onto the pre-made envelopes.
